Cosmin Fratu

Cosmin Fratu is currently the Director of Network Management Systems at Astound Broadband, a role they have held since 2019. Previously, Cosmin spent over a decade at RCN, where they served as Manager and later as Senior NMS Engineer in Network Management Systems. Earlier in their career, Cosmin worked as an NMS Engineer at 21st Century Telecom. They earned a degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University between 1999 and 2002.
