Sean Phelan

Sean Phelan is an experienced telecommunications and optical engineer currently working at Astound Broadband. With a career spanning over a decade in various roles, Sean has demonstrated expertise in managing core network capacity, designing network solutions, and addressing technical issues as a single point of contact for project managers. Previous positions include serving as an optical engineer at GDT - General Datatech and as a technical program manager at Infogain @ Facebook, where responsibilities included developing innovative solutions and maintaining network tools. Sean has also worked as a freelance network analyst and has an educational background with a Bachelor’s degree in English from California State University, Long Beach.
