David Elliott

David Elliott is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in private markets and investment analysis. Currently serving in dual roles at Astra Asset Management UK Limited as a Sourcing/Origination specialist and as Director of private markets at Austin Friars Capital since June 2021, David Elliott focuses on sourcing, structuring, and fundraising for private market capital investments. Previously, David Elliott held key positions at LGBR Capital LLP as Director, and at Investec as Head Investment Trust Analyst and Senior Investment Analyst. David Elliott's career also includes experience as a Hedge Fund Analyst at Pamplona Capital Management and as an Analyst at Man FRM. David Elliott obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Reading from 2001 to 2004.
