Doug Wiltfong is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Market President at Astra Bank since September 2017, Doug previously held the position of Vice President at the same institution. Prior to this, Doug worked as an AVP-Loan Officer at High Plains Farm Credit in Hays, Kansas from July 2011 to November 2016, and began their career as a Loan Officer/Farm Representative at Farmway Credit Union from January 2007 to July 2011. Doug holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Fort Hays State University, having also attended Bethany College.
