Naren Velu

Naren Velu has been in the business world since 1993, when they began as a Software Engineer at Avalon Software. In 1997, they took on multiple positions at Ifs North America / Competence Center. In 2001, they became a Partner at Khaga Technologies, Inc. and then in 2007 they were appointed President at Astra, Inc. Most recently, in 2021, they became President & CEO of Astra Canyon Group LLC.

Naren Velu completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University in 1991. Naren then continued their studies at the University of Arizona, where they obtained a Master of Science in Systems and Industrial Engineering in 1993. Naren then went on to pursue an MBA in Finance from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management, which they completed in 2001.
