Taras Marchuk

Taras Marchuk is a Ukrainian-American entrepreneur and investor. Taras is the co-founder and partner of Astra Capital, a venture capital firm focused on early-stage investments in technology and consumer companies.

Marchuk began their career in the creative industry, co-founding Pixel, a full-service creative agency, in 2012. The company was acquired by Astra Capital in 2017.

In 2014, Marchuk founded Empire, a global recruitment company that was acquired by BeeHealthy, a food company, in 2017. Taras served as BeeHealthy's CEO until 2019.

Marchuk is a graduate of the University of Southern California.
