Katie Watts-Whitaker

Katie Watts-Whitaker's work experience includes serving as the Marketing Director and Owner at Astra Digital since 2022. Katie has also worked as a Communications Consultant at Community Action Partnership of Sonoma County since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Executive and Artistic Director at Young At Heart Theatre starting from 2019. Katie also held the role of Marketing and Communications Manager at Community Action Partnership of Sonoma County from 2019 to 2022 and worked as the Special Events Lead at Seghesio Family Vineyards from 2017 to 2018. Katie spent a significant portion of their career at Hidden Hills Theatre, starting as a Theatre Director, Producer, and Choreographer in 1997 and continuing in the role until 2017. Katie also worked as a Choreographer and Music Director at Pierce College from 1998 to 2015. Katie'searly work experience involved various roles, including Restaurant Manager, Server, and Bartender at Cafe Bellissimo from 1996 to 2005.

Katie Watts-Whitaker's education history consists of two main periods. From 1995 to 1997, they attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts-Los Angeles, earning an Associate of Arts degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts, General. Additionally, they obtained a second Associate of Arts degree in the same field and from the same institution during the same time frame. Later, from 2006 to 2008, Katie attended California State University, Northridge, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature.
