Bryce Richards is a software engineer who has been working in the field for three years. Bryce started their career at Astra, where they worked for a year as a software engineer. Bryce then moved to Walt Disney Direct-to-Consumer & International, where they worked for 1 year and 2 months as a software engineer. Bryce was responsible for overseeing the data conversion of the Stark acquisition between rights management systems, validating mapping of legal rights for library acquisitions, interpreting legal documents for data rights entry, being responsible for data entry and validation of all international sales contracts, spearheading the redesign of the front-end deal memo application, designing and implementing user acceptance testing for system upgrades and break fixes, and building custom reports in SQL and BW to meet demands of departments throughout the company. Bryce is now a full stack developer - DOT active transportation planner at the Los Angeles Department of Transportation.

Bryce Richards attended UCLA Extension's Full-Stack Web Development Program from 2016-2017. Prior to that, they attended Emerson College and earned their B.A in Visual & Media Arts with a focus in Film Production. Bryce has also completed several courses from Code School on various aspects of front-end web development, including Express.js, ES2015, and JavaScript Best Practices.
