Shubham Raj

Shubham Raj has extensive experience in operations and customer service, currently serving as Team Leader - Operations at Astra Global since November 2019, where responsibilities include supervision and coaching within a debt collection context for a USA-based company. Prior to this role, Shubham held multiple positions at Conneqt Business Solutions Limited from March 2018 to November 2019, including Sr. Production Leader and Sr. Customer Care Representative, working with the Paytm process as an inbound customer care executive. Additionally, Shubham contributed to Pratha Foundation as an NGO Coordinator in 2013. Shubham Raj holds a Bachelor's degree in Science from Delhi University and completed an Intermediate in Science at Noida Public School from 2010 to 2014.
