Gino Louise Reichert has worked in various roles since 2016. In 2021, they began working as a Content Manager for AGENIX Digital, where they assigned the monthly content needs to writers and designers, communicated with the content team, and kept track of content needs. They also worked as a Content Writer for AGENIX Digital, creating and optimizing content on the client's website daily. Additionally, they worked as a Content Writer for Astra Guild Ventures in 2021, writing original content daily based on briefs and client narratives. In 2020, they worked as a Freelance Writer for Livingston Research, providing personal education support enabled by technology to student clients. In 2019, they worked as a Social Media Analyst for Novemila Research Laboratory, exporting data from Sysomos, analyzing social media engagement trends, and preparing monthly and quarterly reports of media coverage. Finally, in 2016, they worked as the Head Coach for the La Salle Debate Team, training the team and helping them win several local tournaments and reach the semifinals of the Asia Schools Debate Competition.

Gino Louise Reichert obtained a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology from the University of the Philippines Los Baños in 2021. Additionally, in April 2022, Gino obtained an EFSET English Certificate 88/100 (C2 Proficient) from the EF Standard English Test (EF SET).
