Mohamed El-Sayed

Mohamed El-Sayed is the Head of Collections at Astra Tech and has over 9 years of experience in collections and fraud management. Currently serving as the Collections Head Egypt at Tabby since March 2023, they oversee legal operations, negotiation, and credit risk management within the collections department. Previously, Mohamed worked as the Global Fraud Team Manager at HSBC, where they developed and implemented fraud prevention strategies across multiple markets, and as the Assistant Manager Collections - Regional Financial Guidance, supporting customers in financial distress. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Ain Shams University and are passionate about leveraging technology and innovation to enhance the customer payment experience.
