Osama M. Abbas

Osama M. Abbas currently holds the position of Group Vice President of Internal Audit at both Botim and Astra Tech since March 2024, focusing on establishing a world-class Internal Audit department to support the development of the ULTRA app and Astratech subsidiaries. Previously, Osama served as the Director of Internal Audit & Investigations at Emirates Transport from August 2020 to April 2024, where responsibilities included managing audit and risk committee requests and developing audit strategies. Prior experiences include roles as Head of IT Audit at Emirates Transport, IT Audit and Assurance Manager at Deloitte Middle East, and IT Risk & Assurance Senior Consultant at KPMG Jordan. Osama holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Princess Sumaya University for Technology, earned between 2009 and 2013.
