Hailey Redlich currently serves as a Technical Program Manager at Astra since June 2022 and previously held the position of Senior Quality Engineer. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Special Project Manager at Cree from March 2021 to June 2022, and Operations Intern at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. in early 2020. Hailey gained further experience as a Product Engineering Intern at Nutanix in mid-2019, and held two Manufacturing Engineering Intern positions at Northrop Grumman - Astro Aerospace in 2017 and 2018. Additionally, a Program Management Intern role at SSL (Space Systems Loral) was undertaken in 2016. Earlier work includes serving as an Instructor at Mathnasium from March 2015 to May 2016 and a Telecommunications Intern at Northrop Grumman in early 2014. Hailey earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from San José State University, attending from 2014 to 2020, and graduated from El Segundo High School in 2014.
