Shailabh Sharma is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in managing marketing communications and brand positioning across various sectors. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager - Marketing & Communications at Astral Limited since November 2023, Shailabh previously held the position of Deputy General Manager - Marketing (Marketing Head) at Saurashtra Cement Limited from June 2019 to November 2023, where responsibilities included brand stewardship, customer segmentation, team management, and budget oversight. Prior to this, Shailabh worked as Senior Manager - Marketing at Gujarat Tea Processors & Packers Ltd., and held several key marketing roles at ECS Group, ONE Advertising & Communications Services Ltd., and other organizations. Shailabh possesses a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Apeejay School Of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Gujarat University.
