Andrew Finley

Andrew Finley is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate development. Currently serving as Director of Corporate Development at Astrana Health since July 2025, Andrew previously held positions as Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Prospect Medical Systems from January 2023 to July 2025 and Corporate Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc. from July 2018 to January 2023. Earlier experience includes work in mergers and acquisitions at UHS from January 2016 to June 2018 and as an Investment Banking Associate at Elmcore Securities in 2015. Andrew possesses a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, earned in 2012, and a high school diploma from Malvern Preparatory School, completed in 2008.
