Arvin Tangestanian

Arvin Tangestanian is a seasoned spectrum engineer currently serving as a Sr. Spectrum Engineer at Astranis Space Technologies since September 2025. Prior to this role, Arvin worked as a Spectrum Engineer at OneWeb from September 2022 to September 2025, where responsibilities included representing OneWeb at significant international meetings such as WRC-23 and participating in key coordination negotiations with entities like Amazon Kuiper and Telesat.
