Ethan Zakai

Ethan Zakai is an experienced Electrical Engineer currently working at Astranis since July 2021. Prior to this role, Ethan served as a Contract Development Engineer at Integrated Fluidics from September 2012 to June 2021, where responsibilities included developing a hardware prototype for a biomedical lab device and refining it into a manufacturable product. From September 2014 to June 2020, Ethan held the position of Head Engineer at Liberty Plugins, Inc., managing hardware-related concerns for electric vehicle charging products. Earlier experience includes working as an Electrical Engineer at Santa Barbara Infrared, Inc., where responsibilities involved analyzing and repairing complex mixed-signal circuits and electro-optical systems. Ethan Zakai earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UC Santa Barbara in 2012.
