Alejandra Negro

Alejandra Negro serves as the Global Product Lead for Claudin 18.2 ADC at AstraZeneca since May 2016, holding various key positions including Global Clinical Program Lead and Senior Medical Scientist, Manager. Previous experience includes roles as Clinical Scientist at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute from June 2015 to May 2016, and Research Fellow at the National Institutes of Health from September 2010 to May 2015. Alejandra's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Molecular Pathology from UC San Diego School of Medicine, a Professional Certificate in Clinical Trials Design and Management from Duke University School of Medicine, and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology with a focus on Primatology from Bryn Mawr College. Prior to obtaining the Ph.D., Alejandra was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Miami and a Graduate Student at UC San Diego and the Salk Institute for Biological Studies.
