Alexandra Peñaloza Muñoz

Alexandra Peñaloza Muñoz is a seasoned professional in talent research and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Global Talent Researcher at AstraZeneca since August 2024. Previously, Alexandra held various roles at Page Resourcing from February 2021 to August 2024, including Project Coordinator and Project Leader for Liberty Latin America, overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple countries in the telecommunications sector. Alexandra’s expertise extends to IT and non-IT recruitment as a Consultant and Recruiter within the Page Group. In addition to recruitment and project coordination, Alexandra demonstrated leadership skills as President of the AIESEC Manizales local committee from January 2017 to January 2020, managing financial resources and human talent while representing the city nationally. Alexandra holds degrees in Business Administration and International Business from Universidad Autonoma de Manizales.
