Alik Farra

Alik Farra is an accomplished HR leader with over 15 years of experience in HR operations and as an HR Business Partner. Alik has held various leadership roles, including Director of HR Business Partner at AstraZeneca and AMD, where they collaborated on HR initiatives and operational efficiency. Alik began their career as a Campus Recruiter at Celestica and has since contributed to numerous organizations through strategic HR program design and implementation. Currently, Alik is pursuing an Hon BA and graduate studies in HR Management at the University of Toronto.
