Ana González has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ana'smost recent role was as a Talent Director at Lean Solutions Group, where they played a vital role in developing and preserving human capital within the organization. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Coordinator at the same company, where they supervised various HR functions including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. Before joining Lean Solutions Group, Ana served as a Talent Acquisition Officer at Amaris Consulting, where they collaborated with clients and other teams to develop proactive recruitment strategies. Ana also gained experience as an International Recruitment Associate at binternational, where they participated in selection processes for both national and international positions.
