Andreas Berroth, PhD, is currently the Head of Medical Science Liaison in GI Oncology at AstraZeneca. They previously served as a Regional Medical Advisor at GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH, and held postdoctoral research fellow positions at TransDerm Inc. and Stanford University School of Medicine, where they focused on the role of microRNAs in skin conditions. Andreas earned a PhD in Biology, magna cum laude, from Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel and has also contributed to research on epidermal morphology and melanogenesis through various roles in the field.
