Andrew Foster

Andrew Foster is the Head of Global Pensions and a Senior Director at AstraZeneca, where they oversee global pension policy, including investment and funding strategy, liability management, and settlement. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Global Finance, Foster is a member of the Pension Boards in both the US and Sweden. Prior to their current role, they served as a Principal and Unit Head at Mercer from 2000 to 2015, advising pension schemes with assets exceeding £9 billion. They hold a First Class Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Liverpool.
