Andrew White

Andrew White is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Director of Advocacy & Alliance for Lung and Gastrointestinal Cancers at AstraZeneca since May 2018. In this role, Andrew leads lung cancer portfolio communications and supports initiatives aimed at enhancing patient advocacy and health policy. Previously, Andrew held various senior positions within AstraZeneca, including Global Communications Director for Oncology and Associate Director for Respiratory, where responsibilities included managing high-profile data and regulatory communications. Prior to joining AstraZeneca, Andrew worked as an Account Director at Weber Shandwick, overseeing biopharmaceutical client accounts, and held roles at TogoRun, JPA Health Communications, Critical Mention, Thompson Publishing Group, and Penn, Schoen and Berland Associates. Andrew graduated with a B.A. in Journalism from The George Washington University.
