Anthony Figorski

Anthony Figorski is an accomplished business transformation leader with extensive experience at AstraZeneca from November 2015 to December 2022. As Senior Director of Business Transformation, Anthony drove organizational evolution across global functions, enhancing agility and efficiency through technology and process change. Previously, as Director of Content Operations and Delivery, Anthony implemented standardized processes that improved regulatory compliance and stakeholder satisfaction in Commercial and Medical Affairs. Additionally, as Market Delivery Leader, Anthony established a Market Delivery function that addressed the needs of AstraZeneca’s Commercial business by integrating best practices. Prior to AstraZeneca, Anthony held progressive operational leadership roles in commercial printing and digital pre-press from June 1985 to June 2014.
