Arjan Snijder

Arjan Snijder is a Principal Scientist at AstraZeneca, where they lead research in membrane protein engineering. They have extensive experience in protein crystallography and purification, having previously served as an Associate Principal Scientist and Director at AstraZeneca R&D. Arjan's academic background includes a PhD in Biochemistry from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and a Master's degree in Biophysics from Wageningen Universiteit en Researchcentrum. Before joining AstraZeneca, they held positions as an assistant professor at Chalmers University of Technology and completed postdoctoral research at both Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and AstraZeneca.
