Ceris Pike

Ceris Pike has a robust background in reward consulting, with significant experience spanning over 19 years. Most recently, Ceris served as Global Reward Director and Global Reward Lead at AstraZeneca from July 2020 to May 2024. Prior to that, Ceris worked for KPMG UK for a decade as a Senior Manager in Reward Consulting and Performance Leader. Earlier career roles include Account Director at M-Cube Media Ltd and Project Manager/Consultant in Benefits Solutions at Mercer. Ceris began professional career as a Graduate Trainee at Transport for London. Ceris holds both an MA in Organisation Studies and a BSc in Management Science from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School.
