Clare Myatt

Clare Myatt is a microbiologist with fourteen years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, specializing in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, particularly within the sterile vaccine sector. Currently serving as the Director of Quality at AstraZeneca, Clare leads the Quality Management System for Global External Quality and Operational Excellence. Previous roles at AstraZeneca included Head of QMS & Operational Excellence and Qualified Person, where Clare developed extensive audit experience and spearheaded improvements in Non Conformance Investigations. Clare earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Microbiology from Liverpool John Moores University and a Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Quality and Good Manufacturing Practice from the University of Strathclyde.
