Dean Rager

Dean Rager is an Associate Principal Scientist in Process Engineering at AstraZeneca, focused on optimizing manufacturing processes with innovative technologies. With a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Biochemistry from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Dean has significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including roles as Sr. Director of Manufacturing at AstraZeneca and ownership of Pharma Kinetic Engineering Services, LLC. Their expertise spans technology transfers, process development, and compliance with cGMP and FDA regulations, along with knowledge in environmental microbiology, biochemistry, and computer programming. Currently, Dean is also the President of RADII Vending LLC, managing a franchise for robotic vending kiosks.
