Boris Sherman

Boris Sherman began their work experience in 1995 as a Consultant at COMTEK International. Boris then moved on to work at MyPoints.com as a Senior Director of Operations from 1999 to 2002. In 2002, they joined UAL Loyalty Services as the Director of Operations. Later in the same year, they also became the Managing Director and Chief Architect at United Airlines, a position they held until 2006. From 2006 to 2010, they served as the Vice President of IT Operations at OfficeMax, Inc. Following that, they worked at L Brands, where they held various positions including Vice President, Direct Channel Technology from 2010 to 2012, SVP of Technology, Victoria's Secret from 2012 to 2014, and SVP, Omni-Channel Technology from 2014 to 2017. From 2017 to 2021, Boris served as the EVP & CTO at Tailored Brands, Inc. Currently, they are the COO & CTO at Bombas, a position they have held since 2022, in addition to their previous role as Chief Technology Officer.

Boris Sherman pursued their education from 1991 to 1995 at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Biomedical Instrumentation. Additionally, they also pursued an International Minor in French Studies alongside their main field of study.
