Drew Pawlak

Drew Pawlak is an experienced IT leader currently serving as the Enterprise Transformation Lead for Service Now at AstraZeneca since November 2023. Previously at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Drew held multiple key positions, including Patient Services IT Business Partner, IT Integration Lead, and Head of Human Experience IT, focusing on IT service delivery, integration, and HR systems management. Drew also served as Director of IT Service Delivery and End User Computing and Director of IT Service Management, where significant improvements in IT practices and team restructuring were accomplished. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Merck, culminating as Director of IT Service Delivery & Management, overseeing a substantial budget and large teams while implementing strategic IT initiatives. Drew holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University.
