Ewa McHale

Ewa McHale (Nowak) is the Director of Development Operations in Global Clinical Solutions at AstraZeneca, where they have worked since 2014, progressing from Study Manager to Team Lead. Ewa has previously held roles as a Clinical Research Associate and Clinical Trial Assistant, gaining on-the-ground experience in clinical trials. Ewa's educational background includes a Master of Science in Public Health and postgraduate studies in Medical Law and Bioethics. They have also earned a Business Process Management certificate from the University of Toronto. Originally from Poland, Ewa moved to Canada in 2017 for work and has since embraced a variety of personal interests, including spin classes and yoga.
