Haydyn P. is an accomplished User Experience (UX) professional with extensive experience in leading UX strategy and operations at AstraZeneca since October 2017. As Director of User Experience, Haydyn has been instrumental in scaling UX across products and services to align with the company's vision, driving significant change for patients and medical professionals. Haydyn possesses strong academic credentials, including a PhD in HCI and Behavioural Science from Swansea University, an MSc in Behavioural Psychology from Northumbria University, and a BSc in Computing (HCI) from Anglia Ruskin University.
