Heath Merlo is a seasoned leader in the pharmaceuticals and medical devices sectors, currently serving as a Senior Commercial Director for Oncology in Europe and Canada. With extensive experience in P&L management, business strategy, marketing, and team transformation, Merlo has held various significant roles across notable companies such as Baxter Healthcare, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Merck Group. They have successfully led product launches and market entries, notably in Oncology and Hematology, while also contributing to governmental negotiations to enhance patient access to therapies. Merlo is pursuing a B.Sc (Hons) in Molecular Biology at Victoria University and an MBA in Business Marketing at Deakin University.
