Holly Rowand

Holly Rowand is currently the Associate Director of Solutions & Capabilities at AstraZeneca, a position they have held since 2022. From 2020 to 2022, Holly served as the Digital Experience Planning Lead at AstraZeneca, where they initiated a Smartsheet Planning taskforce that significantly improved planning efficiency. Holly's prior experience includes various roles such as Project Manager and Sr. Project Manager at Tonic Design Co. and GSK, where they demonstrated leadership in project management and agile practices. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Advertising from Rowan University in 2009.
