I-Ling Lee

I-Ling Lee is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Senior Legal Counsel for AstraZeneca, focusing on legal matters across Taiwan, Singapore, and the Philippines. Previously, I-Ling held roles at Diageo as APAC Data Privacy Legal Counsel and in various capacities at law firms and corporations, including Lin & Partners Attorneys at Law, ASUS, and SHL Group, where they managed legal compliance, contract negotiations, and merger transactions. I-Ling earned an LLB from NTU and an LLM from the University of Pennsylvania, and is certified in CIPP/E and CPMP (TW). A member of the New York Bar Association, I-Ling also engages in academia as a lecturer in legal subjects.
