Isabelle Chen

Isabelle Chen is the Executive Director of Essentials Facilities Management China at AstraZeneca, where they focus on project and facility management. Previously, they served as Director of Facility Management and New Site Projects at AstraZeneca and as Senior Admin Manager at Maersk Logistics. Isabelle began their career as a Team Assistant at McKinsey & Company and later worked as HR and Admin Manager at China Home. They hold a Master of Business Administration from Hongkong Baptist University and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and an MBA at East China Normal University and HKUST Business School, respectively.
