Jayadeepan M is the Director of R&D IT at AstraZeneca, where they focus on service and delivery excellence through program management and IT service management. They have previously held positions at HCL Technologies as a Project Manager and at Aviva 24/7 as Group Lead in IT service delivery. Jayadeepan began their career as a TSR at Atroad Software. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bharathiar University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
