Justin Yssel

Justin Yssel, PhD, is a Global Development Scientist Director with over eight years of experience in clinical development within the Government and Pharmaceutical Industry. Formerly a Clinical Research Site Leader at the South African Medical Research Council, Justin held various roles at Novartis, including Associate Clinical Development Director, where they led strategic initiatives for the Sickle Cell program. Currently, at AstraZeneca, Justin oversees clinical strategy translation and protocol execution while ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory standards. Justin earned a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy in Neuropharmacology from Trinity College Dublin.
