Katherine Wallace

Katherine Wallace is the Head of Lean Digital at AstraZeneca, where they determine strategy and capability uplift to implement lean concepts and drive continuous improvement in Global Operations. Previously, they held roles such as Executive Director and General Manager for the Philadelphia site, leading efforts in public health through influenza vaccine delivery. Katherine's experience includes positions as Sr. Director of Process Execution, New Product Introduction Director, and Technical Lead, showcasing their expertise in sterile pharmaceutical product manufacturing. They earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and a Master’s in Engineering Management from Tufts University.
