Katy McMillan

Katy McMillan is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in corporate and internal communications. Currently serving as the Global Head of Internal and Corporate Digital Communications at AstraZeneca since June 2016, Katy has held various leadership positions within the company, including Head of Corporate Brand & Reputation and Senior Director of Strategy & Operations & Sustainability in Global Corporate Affairs. Prior to AstraZeneca, Katy worked at Edelman as a Senior Account Director in Healthcare and held positions at the Victorian Government as a Ministerial Communications Adviser. Katy began their career as a Public Relations Consultant at Trio Communications and as an Internal Communications Officer at Fonterra. Katy holds a Bachelor of Communications degree from Auckland University of Technology, focusing on Public Relations, Journalism, and Television.
