Kelly Cha

Kelly (Min Kyung) Cha is currently the Associate Director of Marketing for Oncology at AstraZeneca, where they lead marketing initiatives in gastrointestinal and gynecological oncology. Previously, they held various roles in marketing and product management at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, including Senior Product Manager for women’s healthcare. Kelly also worked at MSD as a Senior Product Manager, achieving multiple awards for excellence in execution and leadership. They earned a bachelor's degree in International Office Administration and Korean Language and Literature from 이화여자대학교 in 2006.
