Currently serving as the Director of Commercial IT & Digital - Innovation & Internal Excellence for the Asia Area at AstraZeneca, Lekha leads strategic planning initiatives and implements impactful digital health solutions utilizing AI, while also pioneering the use of AR/VR technology for enhanced launch effectiveness. Prior experience includes serving as Honorary Director for the Centre of Excellence - Innovation at the International Council of Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering Inc., where collaboration with industry leaders focused on mentoring innovation-based startups. At KPMG India, Lekha held roles as Associate Director and Manager, curating innovative solutions by leveraging emerging technologies to drive growth and deliver positive ROI for clients. Additionally, Lekha founded Page3kids, a boutique specializing in designer clothing for boys, tailored to suit Indian climate conditions.
