Magdalena Lim

Magdalena Lim is currently the Associate Director of Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) at AstraZeneca. They began their career as a Molecular Biologist at Biovectis Ltd and further developed their expertise as a Data Project Leader at MSD. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Clinical Research Associate at PSI CRO AG, before advancing to the role of Clinical Development Associate Manager at AstraZeneca from 2014 to 2018. Magdalena holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Silesia in Katowice, where they also completed their Bachelor's degree, and was an Erasmus student at Helsingin yliopisto, focusing on Virology and Immunology.
