Matt Brice is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and compliance across multiple prestigious organizations. Matt began the career at Ernst & Young LLP as an Associate in Technology and Security Risk Services before transitioning to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a Senior Manager in Risk Assurance. Since joining AstraZeneca in February 2022, Matt has held several key leadership positions, including Procurement Director for Risk & Compliance, where leadership of a global team focused on vendor due diligence, supplier risk, and incident response resulted in prestigious recognition with the CIPS 2023 Excellence Award for Risk Mitigation. Matt also played a critical role as one of three Heads of Internal Audit, ensuring assurance of the company's R&D pipeline during a pivotal strategic phase, and contributed significantly to cost savings while building assurance-related services and capabilities that enhanced operational effectiveness.
