Michael Elloian

Michael Elloian is a Vice President of Taxes at AstraZeneca, bringing over 30 years of experience in tax leadership roles. As a certified public accountant (CPA), they are passionate about tax strategy, planning, and compliance within the global biopharmaceutical industry. In addition to their role at AstraZeneca, they serve as a member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer for the Alexion Charitable Foundation. Michael's prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Head of Tax at Alexion Pharmaceuticals and Tax Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Michael holds a BS in Accounting from Nazareth University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Taxation at the University of Hartford.
