Nathan Schoenkin, FBCI, is a dual citizen of the USA and France with expertise in operational resilience, business continuity, and crisis management. Currently, Nathan serves as the Associate Director of Business Continuity & Crisis Management at AstraZeneca, where they have implemented a global exercise program and developed innovative AI solutions for crisis response. Previously, Nathan held significant roles at the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration and FINRA, focusing on enhancing business continuity protocols and leading resilience initiatives. Nathan earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland College Park and a Master of Science in Engineering Management, specializing in Crisis, Emergency, and Risk Management, from The George Washington University. In 2023, Nathan began serving as a judge for the BCI regional awards and leads the Operational Resilience special interest group.
