Okky D. Putra

Okky D. Putra is an Associate Principal Scientist in Early Product Development and Manufacturing at AstraZeneca since December 2017, specializing in leading a single crystal X-ray crystallography hub facility to support drug discovery and development by maintaining an internal crystal structure database. Previously, Okky D. Putra held the title of Senior Solid State Scientist at AstraZeneca in both Early Product Development and Manufacturing and New Modality and Parenteral Development, focusing on new modalities for oral drug delivery and structural determination using X-ray diffraction techniques. Okky D. Putra began a career as a Research Associate at Hoshi University from April 2016 to December 2017, working on crystallographic analysis and correlating crystal structures with pharmaceutical properties. Okky D. Putra obtained a Doctor of Science degree in Chemical Crystallography from the Tokyo Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2016.
