Paul Edwards

Paul Edwards is currently a Business Planning & Operations Lead at AstraZeneca, where they have played a pivotal role in strategic business transformations within the pharmaceutical value chain since 2020. With a history of successfully leading international teams, Paul has held several key positions including CMC RA Business Planning & Operations Lead and Regulatory Lean Director. Earlier in their career, Paul contributed to improvement initiatives at Anglo American as a Change Agent and managed product development teams at Visteon. Paul holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University, an MSc in Digital Signal Communications from Loughborough University, and a BEng in Electrical and Communications Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
