Phil Williams

Phil Williams is a pharmaceutical and healthcare specialist with extensive experience in project management, currently serving as the Director of Project Management at Reimagining Projects. Previously, Phil held senior project consultant roles across various organizations, including AstraZeneca, Dr Foster, and NHS West Midlands, where they led significant transformations and IT implementations. Phil has demonstrated expertise in optimizing clinical trial operating models and managing complex global projects, including a major collaboration for a National Covid-19 Testing Centre. Phil earned a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Liverpool Online Programmes and a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Control Engineering from De Montfort University.
